Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services on Wildira.com. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
Return & Refund Requests
All returns and refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us at support@wildira.com or through the Contact Us page.
Include your order number and the reason for the return or refund.
Returns must be in their original packaging and condition with the receipt. Items not in acceptable condition will not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
We do not cover the shipping costs for returns.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, do not discard the packaging. Contact us immediately at support@wildira.com and provide the following:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Picture of the damaged package/product
Correct shipping address
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that if the damage is caused by the customer, an additional fee will apply for the replacement.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refund processing will take 3-14 business days.
Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the refund. For inquiries, please contact your bank for further details.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
